In collaboration with @revielewexploresandiego, a beloved Instagram account dedicated to all things family and San Diego exploration, we extended our creative journey. Through a delightful Instagram video, viewers got a glimpse of our craft-making process. The vibrant colors, the giggles of excitement, and the sheer joy of creating something with their own hands were beautifully captured. This collaboration was a testament to the power of community in nurturing young minds.

Their favorite sea creature on this channel is an Octopus. So we created this custom coloring sheet for them of this 8-legged friend. There is no better way to keep your kiddo interested than with exciting new pages to color in with bright colors. After your trip to one of the many amazing beaches here in San Diego keep your child thinking of the fun with this activity. Continue teaching them about underwater marine life after visiting La Jolla's cove.

Be sure to head over to @happydayshomedaycare & @revielewexploresandiego Instagram's for inspiration! Download any or all of these coloring pages, print, color, and TAG us! We will be sharing all photos that you take of your kiddo's masterpieces. You can print these out in black and white or in color. The color is fun if possible because your kiddo can start to understand the color scape of the deep.

To make sure that all ages are able to color one of these pages from the collaboration post we included a more complex pdf. Fine lines and more detail mean that ages from 1-10 are able to color in without boredom. There's no better way to engage all of your kids at once than with similar coloring pages. Even your teens can help with shade and highlight the outlines to make this an all-family activity.
Color your way through this activity with crayons, colored pencils, highlighters, or markers. If you decide to use transferable products make sure that you double-layer your pages so that it doesn't get onto your table.

"San Elijo, the beach in front of the campground, is open for day use and is ideal for families."
Pipes is a fun peaky surf break north of the campground, popular with swimmers, sunbathers and surfers alike.
Cardiff Reef is a quaint beach park and surf spot on the south end of the campground where the cliffs end.
George's is just south of the San Elijo Lagoon river mouth and is the area’s “Restaurant Row,” located right above the beach on Highway 101."
